Personal Matchmaking Membership

As a matchmaker, I help my Matchmaking Members meet compatible people through personal introductions.

​

Personal matchmaking is all about introductions, not matches. I believe you only truly know whether there is mutual attraction and connection when you meet someone in person.

​

I meet every member personally to understand what they are looking for, and I am constantly meeting and chatting to new singles through my events and wider network.

 

How It Works

Your first month is your onboarding month. During this time, we will have your personal meeting, I will prepare your matchmaking profile and get everything in place to begin looking for introductions for you.

​

The process is collaborative - we work together to help you find the right person. When I identify somebody who I feel may be a suitable introduction, I will send you an Introduction Email containing information and photographs for consideration. If you would like to be introduced, I will then approach the other person to see whether they would also be interested in an introduction.

If both people would like to proceed, you can either exchange contact details or I can arrange a date on your behalf.

​

More Than Matchmaking

When searching for introductions, I consider people from across Something Special, including Matchmaking Members, Takes Two and Consider Me.

​

Matchmaking Members may also choose to access the Takes Two platform free of charge. Some members use it regularly, whilst others prefer to leave everything to me - the choice is entirely yours.

​

Working Together

Personal matchmaking is a collaborative service. My role is to use my experience, events, database, network and resources to actively look for people who I feel may be suitable to introduce to you.

​

I look for people who have something in common and who do not fall outside any deal breakers you have given me. An introduction is an opportunity for two people to meet and discover whether there is mutual attraction and connection - something that cannot be known until you meet in person.

​

Every member is different, and introductions depend on who is available at any given time. Specific deal breakers, such as location, age or other requirements, can significantly reduce the number of people I am able to introduce to you.

​

Whilst I actively look for opportunities for all Matchmaking Members, I cannot guarantee that somebody meeting your deal breakers will be available at any particular time.

​
