By booking a ticket to a 'Little Something' Dating Night or 'Little Something' Dating Event, you confirm that you accept the terms & conditions as set out below.

Something Special hosts social evenings called 'Little Something' Dating Nights and Events where single people can meet in a safe and relaxed environment.  You do not need to be a member of Something Special for matchmaking to attend these events. If you do attend, you are eligible to become a free 'Little Something' Member for Matchmaking. This is not compulsory.

It is not our responsibility to check on the personal information given to us by our guests as to their age, marital status or any other aspect of their background. You are advised to verify their personal information to your own satisfaction.

Please apply the same level of caution when contacting a fellow guest that you would use when making any new acquaintance.

We will not give out any of your personal information without your express permission, unless the law requires us to do so.

If unforeseen circumstances render an advertised venue unusable, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative one. Should this be the case, we will always provide our guests with as much notice as possible.

In the event of an event being postponed we do not provide refunds but will credit your account for a future event. Should the same event be postponed again or cancelled, a refund is offered minus external fees.

We are not able to accept cancellations less than 7 days before the event, as the quality and success of our event would be compromised by an uneven ratio of males/females. Please refer to our cancellation policy for refund and transfer information.

We do our upmost to provide a balance of males and females at each event, but we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility for an uneven ratio.

All guests are asked to treat their fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Should any guest become offensive or abusive, we reserve the right to refuse admission or expel them. In such a case there will be no refund.

We do not guarantee that guests will receive matches at our events. 

We take no responsibility for any emotional upset or physical harm that may arise from communications with other guests, before, during or after one of our events, without limitation.

'Little Something' Dating events are held in venues which we have no control over. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release Something Special from any liability.

By purchasing a ticket to a 'Little Something' Dating event you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are single.

Guests are responsible for turning up to an event on time. If guests turn up late to an event, we are under no obligation to allow them to participate in the event, nor offer any refund or compensation.

Photography may be used at some of our events and by agreeing to these terms & conditions you are giving Something Special permission to use these photos on our website and in marketing materials.
