King's Coronation With Something Special for MIND​

We are celebrating the Coronation and raising money for MIND in Woldingham on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th May.

​

I thought about doing a picnic to celebrate the Coronation and to raise money for MIND with our community groups, The Pretty Woman Club & The GoodFellas Club. (This is NOT just for The Friendship Club Members - this is a Something Special Charity Meet. Everyone is welcome.)

The Woldingham celebrations look great - so thought this would be a lovely place for us to celebrate together. I am doing both the Saturday night celebrations with the barn dance and the band AND the Sunday picnic.

Come and join us to celebrate the King's Coronation at the same time as raising money for the mental health charity, MIND.

Saturday 6th May

5pm-11.30pm – The Council’s Coronation Celebration begins on The Glebe

Bar and food stalls open from 5pm, with bao buns, hog roast, spit roast chicken, sausages and more.

​

Jules will be on the Glebe from 5pm to meet you. Where to find us on the Glebe will be shared on both the Facebook groups and on the website.

From 5.30-8pm - There is a Barn dance and caller with Moves aFoot

From 9-11.30pm - Our local rock and indie band Parallel Sky performs between 9-11.30pm

Sunday 7th May

​

12.30pm – onwards – On The Glebe The ‘Coronation Big Lunch’Bring a picnic and enjoy the large Croydon Brass Band 2-4pm.Bar only available on this day.

I will be organising a Raffle for MIND on the Sunday Picnic 🎟 - I am legally unable to offer these raffle tickets online so is only available to those attending - sorry x
