I thought it would be nice to do a Boxing Day Walk. I know many are with family and friends on Boxing Day - but there are many who are free too so.....

JOINT FRIENDSHIP GROUP BOXING DAY MEET -

MONDAY 26TH DECEMBER @ THE FOX, CATERHAM/ OLD COULSDON

We are meeting in the The Fox, Coulsdon Common car park from 12.45pm and heading off at 1pm on the walk.

Meeting between 12.45pm-1pm to walk at 1pm (weather dependent)

Drinks and Lunch at 2pm

Ticket to attend meet (with or without walk): £4.50

So here is the route which is 1.7 miles (max an hour's walk) https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1711113 - we have done this walk before. It does say ascent/ descent and elevation on the map.

Then on our return (around 2pm if you're coming just for the drinks) having drinks and a late lunch at The Fox.

Please remember - it is your responsibility to check the walk and the route before attending to decide if you are able to do it. Remember you are welcome to come for the walk, just the drink or both...up to you x

If it is raining on this day, we will miss out the walk. If we do, I will put a post on the Friendship Group on the website and on the Finding Something Special Facebook group in the morning and we will meet at 2pm.
