Cancellation Policy for 'Little Something' Dating Nights

My cancellation policy for my 'Little Something' Dating Nights is dependent on the time before the event* as follows:

Anyone who has booked and paid for a 'Little Something' Dating Night has the right to cancel at any time by sending an email to requesting a booking cancellation to matchme@somethingspecialintroductions.com

I will refund the amount paid, provided the cancellation request is 21 days or more before the event*.  You will also have the option to transfer to another event at another time, availability permitting, at no additional charge to you.

If the cancellation request is between 8 and 21 days of an event, no refund will be given, however I will do my best to transfer you to another event. You will have the option of transferring to another event, availability permitting.

 

If the cancellation request is within 7 days of an event, there is no offer of a refund or the option to transfer to another event.

Every effort is made to hold 'Little Something' Dating Nights at the dates, times and locations specified on my website. The organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times and locations. In the event that circumstances dictate that a night must be postponed, you will be offered a transfer to another 'Little Something' Dating Night of your choice at no additional charge to you. Please note that no additional compensation will be paid. In the case that industrial disputes can arise which do affect my events including travel and transport of attendees i.e. tube strikes which are beyond my control, places are non refundable and free transfers apply only.

In the event of a dating night being postponed, refunds are not provided but a credit will be applied to your account for a future dating night. If your night is postponed again, a refund can be issued.

If you have received a complimentary ticket to attend one of our Dating Nights as part of a promotion or offer with Membership, these cancellation rules still apply.  If you cancel with more than 7 days notice, the organiser is happy to transfer your complimentary ticket to another event. If you cancel your ticket less than 7 days before an event, your ticket is non-transferable and your complimentary ticket will be deleted.

If you cancel your ticket and an event goes on to be cancelled or postponed, these rules still apply.

If in the unusual event that an evening is cancelled within 3 hours of the event taking place then the organiser will not accept any responsibility for unassociated costs incurred by the client.

† for events of the same value or less, subject to availability.

* this does not apply to events that have already been rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy for Something Special Friendship Events

Anyone who has booked and paid for a Joint Friendship #walktalkdrink has the right to cancel at any time by sending an email to requesting a booking cancellation to matchme@somethingspecialintroductions.com

I will refund the amount paid, provided the cancellation request is 21 days or more before the event*.  You will also have the option to transfer to another joint #walktalkdrink at another time, availability permitting, at no additional charge to you.

Policy for Transfers

Only Tickets can be transferred to the same recurring event - within 'Little Something' Dating Nights - within Joint Friendship #walktalkdrinks.

I do not allow transfers to other Events.

Cancellation of Tickets for Third Party Events with Something Special

Tickets for All Third Party Events are Non-Refundable.

(Dinners, Theatre Trips, Lunches, Cinema Tickets and anything that involves paying another company for tickets)
