Cancellation Policy for Events

If the cancellation request is between 8 and 21 days before an event, no refund will be given; however, attendees may transfer to another ‘Little Something’ Dating Night, availability permitting. If no suitable events are immediately available, a coupon code will be issued to your account.

If the cancellation request is within 7 days of an event, there is no offer of a refund or the option to transfer to another event.

Every effort is made to hold ‘Little Something’ Dating Nights at the dates, times and locations specified on the website. The organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times and locations. Something Special endeavours to ensure a balanced ratio of men and women at events; however, if this is not possible, the event age range may change, the event may be postponed, or both, with the option to transfer your ticket to another event.

In the event that a dating night is postponed or cancelled, refunds are not provided; however, a coupon code for the amount originally paid will be issued for use on a future ‘Little Something’ Dating Night.

Coupon codes issued in these circumstances:

• Are valid for six months from the date of issue.

• Apply only to ‘Little Something’ Dating Nights.

• Are valid for a single booking only.

• Cannot be split across multiple events.

• Reflect the amount originally paid, even if ticket prices have changed.

• Are non-refundable.

If your night is postponed or cancelled more than once, a refund may be issued minus the online booking fee of £1.

In the event that a dating night is cancelled and there is no suitable alternative night available within your age range, a coupon code for a future dating night or a refund may be issued minus external card processing fees (fees may be higher when booking via third-party platforms such as Billetto, Eventbrite, Skiddle or Ticketsource).

If you have received a complimentary (or free) ticket as part of a promotion or membership offer, these cancellation rules still apply. If you cancel with more than 7 days’ notice, the organiser is happy to transfer your complimentary ticket to another event. If you cancel less than 7 days before an event, your ticket is non-transferable and your complimentary ticket will be deleted.

If you cancel your ticket and the event is later cancelled or postponed, these rules still apply.

In the unusual event that an evening is cancelled within 3 hours of the event taking place, the organiser will not accept responsibility for any unassociated costs incurred by the client.
